CANDLES
Always make sure to trim your wick ¼” before relighting. Trimming your wick will help your candle burn efficiently and help avoid access soot. Make sure to let your candle cool down completely before attempting any wick cuts. The first burn of any candle should be long enough for the entire top layer of wax to liquify. This will help ensure an even burn for each light. Once the flame is extinguished make sure the wick is upright and centered. Do not burn for more than 2-4 hours at a time and discontinue use when there is less than 1/4th of wax at the base. For optimal burn wait 5 hours between burns to allow wax to properly cool. Keep your candle’s surface free of debris, like soot and wick trimmings. Always ensure a clean and safe surface away from children and pets. Please remember that the candle will be extremely hot when lit, so handle with care. During warmer months, if your candle appears molten upon arrival, please leave in a cool room and allow to solidify prior to burning.
